All the basics for making and baking bread at home.
This course is for all bread enthusiasts that want to know how to bake bread at home or want to improve their home baking skills. In the midst of our bakery we will guide you in making and baking your own loaf of bread.
During the three-hour workshop you will learn the process step by step; weighing, mixing, folding, shaping, scoring and baking. Workshops are given for small groups, with a maximum of 8 people, leaving plenty of room for questions. By the end of the workshop you will have a solid foundation for baking your own bread.
